S&W K/L Frame HOGUE • Conversion Grips HRV Extreme Series featuring our FlatTop Diamonds and Stipple engraving in our two part design with S&W Logo and Choice of Top Section, Engraving, or 3/8” Small Medallions or 1/2” custom Nickel Silver or Titanium Gold Medallions. Choose 15mm to receive our New Custom 1/2” Medallions. Choose from Goncalo Alves (Zebrawood), Pau Ferro, Cocobolo, Rosewood, Burl Walnut, or Kingwood. These grips are Hogue’s Monogrip single piece set, they come with the replacement mounting system which incorporates an alignment pin into the fastening system with the screw on the bottom. S&W Medallions are 15mm version on K-Frame models, 15mm S&W Medallions are .999 Real Silver plated.
Fits the following Smith and Wesson K/L Frame Round Butt Models:-69, 242, 296, 386, 396, 520(7 shot model), 619, 620, 646, 647, 696, 986-and the following models in Round Butt models ONLY: 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 19, 64, 65, 66, 67, 547, 586, 617, 681, 686
This grip is an open backstrap design for optimum trigger reach.
Smith models 460, 500, and Governor use the same grips as the K/L round butt frame revolvers. The wood and G10 grips that we make for the K/L round butt frames will break when installed and fired on these models. We CANNOT warranty any wood or G10 grip that was installed on one of these models. Hogue Rubber grips for the K/L round butt frames are the grips to use. These will not break during recoil.

After a successful surgical procedure on December 2, we expect a temporary shutdown of production for about one week.
In-house orders will be completed in the order received. We’ll be working extra hours and days to catch up and be back on schedule very soon after reopening.
