Returns & Exchanges
HRV Customs Inc specializes in the customization, engraving, finishing, and sale of firearm grips and related accessories. All custom engraving, finishing, medallion installation, and related services are performed by HRV Customs Inc and are supported directly by HRV Customs.
Should a fitment, manufacturing, or product issue arise, customers should contact HRV Customs directly. We will evaluate each situation individually and work with the customer to determine the most appropriate resolution. Our goal is to ensure every customer receives the quality, service, and support expected from HRV Grips® products.
HRV Customs Inc does NOT manufacture grips.
HRV Customs Inc does not manufacture firearm grips. We specialize in the customization, engraving, finishing, and sale of firearm grips and related accessories.
HRV Customs Inc is a private company and reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. Examples include, but are not limited to, hate-related content, duplicate or suspicious orders, excessive prior returns, abusive conduct, or any other circumstance we deem inappropriate.
We accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from their description, as well as non-personalized items that are no longer wanted, provided they have not been modified after receipt and are returned within 15 days of delivery as confirmed by the carrier. Authorized returns are free unless otherwise noted in the product listing. Return shipping labels will be provided by HRV Customs.
Personalized, engraved, modified, or custom-order items are generally not eligible for return. This includes custom design work and pre-designed products that have been modified or personalized at the time of purchase. Exceptions may be considered at our sole discretion.
Returns are accepted only from the original purchaser. If purchasing an item as a gift, please provide the recipient's full name and shipping address prior to shipment.
Customers are responsible for verifying firearm model compatibility before purchase. Fitment information is provided in our listings, and we encourage customers to contact us with any questions prior to ordering.
Due to normal manufacturing variations between firearm models and production years, minor fitting of wood grips may occasionally be required. In most cases, this involves light hand sanding or filing to interior, non-visible areas. Many grips will install without adjustment, while others may require minor fitting for optimal results.
If more than minor fitting appears necessary, stop immediately and contact HRV Customs before proceeding. Power tools should never be used when fitting grips.
Purchasing the wrong item does not constitute a defect. Returns resulting from customer ordering errors require return authorization and may be subject to a restocking fee.
Our goal is to ensure every customer receives the product they expect. If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to determine the most appropriate resolution.
Defective products may be returned for replacement or refund within 15 days of confirmed delivery. If more than 15 days have passed, please contact us for further assistance and available options.
Pre-Designed / Made-to-Order products that have not been personalized, modified, or customized during or after purchase may be returned or exchanged in accordance with our standard return policy.
Once a customer utilizes any customization option, including engraving, personalization, design modifications, medallion changes, or other requested alterations, the order is considered a Custom Order rather than a Pre-Designed purchase.
Custom Orders are generally not eligible for return; however, exceptions may be considered at the sole discretion of HRV Customs based on the specific design and circumstances involved. If a return is authorized, a restocking fee of 10% to 25% may apply.
Smooth Grip Purchases
HRV Customs offers select grip models for purchase without engraving or customization. Availability is determined by current inventory levels, product availability, and production lead times. Not all grip models are available as smooth purchases.
Pricing for smooth grips is determined by current inventory, replacement costs, and product availability. Certain models that are difficult to obtain or maintain in inventory may be priced accordingly, while others may not be offered as smooth purchases at all.
Unless specifically stated in the product listing, smooth grip purchases may not include manufacturer-specific hardware such as retaining pins, alignment pins, screws, or other installation components. Customers should review individual product listings for details regarding included accessories and hardware.
All smooth grip sales are subject to availability and are offered at the sole discretion of HRV Customs.
Custom Design Work
All custom design work, layouts, artwork, engravings, modifications, and related creative content developed by HRV Customs Inc remain the property of HRV Customs Inc unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
By submitting artwork, concepts, ideas, or design requests, customers acknowledge that HRV Customs may create original design work based upon those requests. Unless protected by the customer's own copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, custom designs created by HRV Customs may be reused, modified, displayed, or incorporated into future HRV Grips® products and offerings.
Exclusivity is not included with the purchase of custom design work. Custom designs may be offered for sale to other customers unless a separate written exclusivity agreement has been executed by HRV Customs.
HRV Customs will not knowingly reproduce or use a customer's personal identification, business logo, trademark, copyrighted artwork, or other protected intellectual property for future offerings without the owner's consent.
Customers interested in exclusive designs, private production runs, or protected artwork should contact HRV Customs prior to purchase. Orders of fifty (50) or more identical items may be considered for exclusive-use arrangements at the sole discretion of HRV Customs.
Things You Should Know
HRV Customs is a custom manufacturing and engraving shop specializing in HRV Grips® products. Every order is individually produced through engraving, finishing, medallion installation, and other customization services selected by the customer.
Images shown throughout our website represent available designs, patterns, and product examples. Unless specifically stated otherwise, products are not pre-manufactured and stored on a shelf awaiting shipment. Each order is entered into our production system and produced according to the specifications selected by the customer.
The Pre-Designed / Made-to-Order section showcases existing HRV Grips® designs that can be produced as shown or customized to meet your preferences. Due to the large number of possible combinations of colors, patterns, materials, medallions, and options available, products are generally produced after an order is placed.
Orders are processed according to our production schedule and are typically completed in the order they are received. Lead times may vary based on order volume, product availability, and current workload. Customers are encouraged to inquire about current lead times prior to ordering; however, lead times are estimates and may change as production demands fluctuate.
Unless otherwise stated, customers should expect a production lead time of approximately 2–3 weeks. If your purchase requires immediate shipment, please contact us before ordering to discuss availability and options.
