Rules for purchase and use - Promotional Gift Cards are based on physical items, unlike traditional gift cards which are based on funds. To redeem a promotional gift card you must email us when you are ready to use the card(s) to receive an alternate funds based code that equals the face value of the card. Cards are returnable at the purchased value, NOT the face value. Excess funds can be applied to a new fund value Discount Code (ex: you have $13.25 leftover from a promotional card purchase. You can request a refund, which will be determined based on the actual price paid at purchase (($10.60)), or a new Discount Code with a $13.25 value for future use)

After a successful surgical procedure on December 2, we expect a temporary shutdown of production for about one week.
In-house orders will be completed in the order received. We’ll be working extra hours and days to catch up and be back on schedule very soon after reopening.
Holiday orders may take longer due to seasonal demand. If your order is a Christmas gift, please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
