FITTING INFO: Please note that the Mark II, Mark III, Mark III 22/45, Mark IV, and Mark IV 22/45 grips are NOT interchangeable. Please make sure which model you have before ordering. The ALTAMONT® Mark IV 22/45 grips will fit any Mark IV 22/45 or Lite model. Use stock screws to install.

We offer many of the Ruger Medallions in Black/Silver, Red/Silver, SR models, etc. All Medallions are installed in house. Our Medallions are available in Standard Plated metal. We also offer Ruger Medallions in Real Silver & Gold plated. Choosing the Medallion option will default to the Standard Plated metal Black/Silver item. Contact us for further details on our other optional offerings.
