I will be undergoing an urgent surgical procedure beginning December 2, which will require a temporary shutdown of production for about one week.
We will be open and working every day possible prior to December 2 to complete as many orders as we can.
With the holidays approaching, this may extend order processing times up to 2–3 weeks.
After the shutdown, we will be working additional days and extended hours to ensure that most, if not all, orders ship within our normal turnaround time.
